ORDERING

HOW DO I MEASURE MY HANDS FOR THE BEST FIT?
- Sizing guides and methods vary between brands.
- Please be sure to use the sizing guides within the sizing tab on each product to ensure the best possible fit.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
- Orders will be processed on the same day or next working day depending on when the order is placed.
- You will be notified by email and/or SMS when the order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
- The Apparelly distribution cogs start turning as soon as you pay for the order, so we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
- You will need to follow the returns process if you wish to return the gloves.

PAYMENT

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
- We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. These options will be available at checkout.
HOW DO YOU CONVERT DIFFERENT CURRENCIES?
- Prices are displayed in GBP currency by default.
- You can choose USD and EUR when viewing the store but when you proceed to payment, the prices will be converted and processed in GBP.
- The USD and EUR rates are calculated twice daily using XE.com

DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GLOVES TO ARRIVE?
- The time it takes to receive your gloves will depend on when you order them, where they are being delivered to and the shipping option you select at checkout.
- Most standard deliveries for the UK are received within 2-3 working days.
- Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not considered working days. For more information, please visit our SHIPPING page.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
- We offer FREE standard delivery on orders over £30 for the UK and Europe. Expedited shipping is only available within the UK. This will incur an additional shipping cost which is calculated at checkout.
- For orders under £30, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on the weight of the order and the destination country. For more information, visit our SHIPPING page.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
- We deliver to the UK and Europe.
- Unfortunately we do not currently deliver outside of Europe but we are working to make that happen asap.
WILL YOU DELIVER MY ORDER TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
- You can select a shipping address that is different to the billing address. The billing address does have to match the payment card that is used.

RETURNS

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- UK RETURNS - We offer FREE returns for UK orders. To begin the UK returns process, click HERE. You will need you order reference number and email address.
- INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - To return your product, you should email us at wear@apparelly.co.uk and we will provide the return delivery address. If you ordered from outside the UK, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £20, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your gloves.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND PROCESS?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY GLOVES?
- Exchanges can only be made within 30 days. If you need to exchange your gloves for a different colour or size, the normal return process applies. Exchanges cannot be made for a different style or type of glove. These will have to be returned and a new order placed.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
- You do not need an account to place an order. We do recommend however that you sign up as a customer so that we can better communicate with you about any orders and offers that may be of interest to you.
HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
- Click on the REGISTER link in the header bar and complete the mandatory details. You will receive an email to confirm your registration.
HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?
- Click on the LOG IN link in the header bar and enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request that this be sent to you again using the link below the log in fields.
